Shipping policy

CozyHug shipping

Standard shipping to the United States is free. We send tracking details when your order ships. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your tracking is an estimate. Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

Buy two or more CozyHug blankets and receive one free hand warmer per order. The three-blanket bundle includes free priority shipping. For one or two blankets, paid priority shipping is available at checkout. Power banks are sold separately.

Shipping protection is optional and costs $9.95 USD per order. It is preselected on the blanket product page. Uncheck Shipping Protection before adding to cart if you do not want it, or remove it from your cart before checkout. CozyHug provides this service. If your protected order is lost or damaged in transit, email contact@shopcozyhug.com with your order number and any available photos. We will help arrange a replacement or refund of the affected items. This does not limit your rights for a faulty item or a delivery problem.
